The distributed optical fiber temperature measurement system (DTS, Distributed Temperature Sensing) is composed of optical fiber thermometer, temperature sensing cable, measuring software and other auxiliary equipment. It is a distributed temperature monitoring system in time domain. It is based on the principle of Raman scattering, which is based on the principle of Raman scattering by laser pulse propagation in optical fiber. The optical time domain reflectometry (OTDR) realizes continuous measurement of the temperature at any point along the optical fiber. Its measuring range can reach dozens of kilometers, and the accuracy of space positioning can reach 1m. At present, it has been widely used in power, petroleum, petrochemical, coal, tunnel, fire and other industries.
