LSGJG-M14 optical fiber multi-channel methane detector module is a new generation of methane detection instrument developed by our company. It uses advanced narrow band spectral absorption technology to transmit and measure through optical signal. It has advantages of low power consumption, high precision, fast response, no need to adjust, stable performance, long life and far distance of signal transmission. . It is suitable for monitoring methane gas or combustible gas in cable tunnel, City pipe corridor, coal mine roadway and other environments.

3.2 working principle

The equipment makes use of the characteristic that the medium absorbs light and causes attenuation of light to make absorption optical fiber methane detection equipment. The system uses absorption peak at 1.653um to detect methane concentration. When working, the light emitted by the light source of the instrument is transmitted to the field fiber optic methane probe. When there is methane gas, the light intensity changes after the absorption of the methane conversion probe. After the same transmission optical cable is sent back to the demodulator of the device to demodulate, the methane concentration in the field is determined by detecting the change of the intensity of light.

1. Optical fiber multi-channel methane detector can communicate with monitoring host through network cable and RS485.

2. The fiber optic methane sensor is connected with the single mode fiber in the multi core optical cable through the optical fiber cable connecting box, and the methane monitoring signal is transmitted to the LSGJG-M14 fiber multi channel methane detector.

The L type support is fixed to the side wall of the cable tunnel through the expansion screw, and the methane sensor is fixed on the support with nut, in which the distance between the sensor and the side wall is 375px, and the distance is 750px from the top of the tunnel.

3. Communication protocol

The module communication adopts the standard Modbus protocol.

Six, maintenance and maintenance

1. When the sensor is in normal use, it needs 6 months to check the standard gas. During the ventilation period, the monitoring software was monitored by the host computer, and the ventilation time was no less than three minutes. If there is any error in the measurement data, it can be adjusted by coefficient calibration without re calibration.

2. During normal operation, we should regularly remove the Mariners at the vent of the sensor probe shell to ensure that the ambient gas enters the sensor probe.

3, if there is an unresolved problem, please contact the manufacturer and not disassemble the sensor probe without authorization.

Seven, storage and transportation

In the process of transportation, the instrument is not allowed to be subjected to severe mechanical impact and exposure to rain, and can not be inverted, thrown, rolled or stressed.

Products should be stored in a dry, clean, well ventilated, non corrosive medium with ambient temperature of -40 to + 60 degrees, and should be kept away from fire sources and heat sources.
